Robin Michener

Robin Elaine Michener, 57, of Ambler, passed away peacefully at home on May 11, 2022, in the presence of family and friends.  She is survived by her loving sister Sue Bellini and her brother-in-law Mark, nephews Chris and Nick, niece Emma and Aunts Diane McFarland and Jane Kroll.  She is predeceased by her parents Henry and Gayle Michener.

Robin was a proud graduate of Upper Dublin High School, class of 1983 and worked as a group leader for Play & Learn childcare for over thirty years.  She enjoyed vacationing in Kiawah Island, SC with family, diamond painting and crafting of all kinds.  A true animal lover, she especially held a place in her heart for her dog Harley and cat, Hollybelle.

Robin’s family would like to extend their sincerest thanks to Doctor Christian Fidler and the oncology staff at Abington Hospital, Nurse Christie and the team at Crossroads Hospice, Jarrettown United Methodist Church for their continued support and especially her dear friend Winnie Gallagher who selflessly cared for Robin through thick and thin.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 21st at 10:00 a.m. at Jarrettown United Methodist Church located at 1460 Limekiln Pike Dresher, PA 19025 with a service beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Following the burial there will be a light reception at the church.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Montgomery County SPCA or The American Cancer Society.
